Is there an existing guide for doing a fresh install with only Clover, or would I simply follow this through step 5 and then install Clover? Sorry, it's been a while since I've wanted to start over.

So you want OSX and Clover, or just clover?

Haha sorry, OSX and Clover.
If there is no clover, go to https://sourceforge.net/projects/cloverefiboot/?source=directory. Then download, then unzip it, and run the .pkg file. Choose your options (on disk selection screen, look for customize.) Later, mount the EFI partition (with EFI mounter v3, look in disk utility for which disk to pick, EFI mounter is in https://www.tonymacx86.com/resources/efi-mounter-v3.280/. Now look for config.plist (you may have to dig around the EFI folder). Get clover configurator (https://www.tonymacx86.com/resources/clover-configurator.328/) and drag the config.plist to the desktop. Right click and go to open with > clover configurator. Select the boot args you'd usually choose (CPUID is in CPU, also set the resolution (IN GUI) one thing higher. Get a theme (built in ones are ugly) at https://clover-wiki.zetam.org/Theme-database. Go to the EFI folder and rename config.plist to config-backup.plist. (In case something goes wrong...) Save the config.plist from clover configurator onto the desktop, and drag the config.plist (from desktop) to the EFI folder.

Now, simply restart! (Let me know if it works!)

UniBeast uses Clover to accomplish the installation while MultiBeast's Quick Start UEFI/Legacy options install Clover for your installation.
