That seems to be the word on the street...google it & read all about it

What are you Probookers here experiencing? ML vs. Lion?

I researched before buying my pro book that the battery life wasn't great but I don't use mine much without being able to plug in so it doesn't bother me too much. Thought I had also seen you could get a bigger battery for it bot not sure.

i think the battery life with ML might be as much as an hour less than under Lion, based on a few days experience.

it's probably due to this iOS & Cloud stuff in mountain Lion

i think apple is looking into this "problem"
so who knows maybe a maintenance update on the OS soon

"Mountain Lion Found to Reduce Battery Life By 38%"

that's according to iclarified site
won't put link as i'm not sure it's allowed

for me using an i3 4530s, and the standard battery, doing photo editing, web browsing, etc. Nothing intensive.

SL:
3 hours to 3 hours and 20 minutes

ML:
2 hours to 2 hours and 30 minutes.

I haven't notice any change on any of my probook, all three still getting over 4+ hrs with normal use. I was able to watch 3 full HD movies and still had about 15% left.

What is your "Full Charged Capacity" from the "Power" info ? Mine is 4044 mAh
Brand new battery has 4400 mAh, so it currently has 90% of the original capacity.

At 100% is 6800 mAH, sorry fail to mention I'm using the 9 cell battery.
