Your graphics card is old and does not support Metal, the new Apple graphics API. So you may have problems in High Sierra 10.13.6 and the latest Mojave 10.14.

If you do not want to replace your graphics card, I suggest trying to install MacOS Sierra 10.12.6, which should be compatible with your system.

You will need access to a real Mac or working hackintosh to download MacOS and make a bootable USB stick for use on your system.
