Is my system capable of running OS X El Capitan?

Hey guys!

I'm looking to install OS X on my newly build PC. I do own a Macbook Pro to make the installation USB.
Now my big question is; can I run OS X on my system?
And do I need to install Windows 10 first or OS X first?

Specifications:
Motherboard: Asus B85M-G
GraphicsCard: MSI GeForce GTX 760 2GB TWIN FROZR
Processor: Intel Core i7-4790 3,6 GHz with Intel HD Graphics
RAM: Corsair DDR3L Valueselect 8GB 1600 MHz (2 modules)
Power supply: Corsair PSU Builder VS450
SSD: Samsung EVO 850 500GB
Current OS: None

Will work fine. GTX 760 is native your motherboard will work fine you will need a Mac or a friends, families Mac to purchase 10.11 from the Mac App Store. Follow this guide to create pen drive and install. http://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/u...pitan-on-any-supported-intel-based-pc.172672/
