Is my PC MacOS compatible?

Specs: CPU: i7 7700K @ 4.2GHz
MoBo: MSI H270 Gaming M3
GPU: Zotac GTX 1070Ti AMP Extreme!
RAM: 16GB @ 2400MHz

So, Is my build MacOS compatible? I already tried installing it once, but failed miserably. Or do I have to build a second PC for MacOS?

Unfortunately there are no drivers for your graphics card for 10.14. You should get 10.13 to work though.

This one looks pretty in depth; it is at least your board with a similar video card. But since it is the mother board that truly needs to be configured the rest just follows suit this guide should be more then sufficient to help you along.
