Motherboard
Gigabyte GA-H61M-S2PV
CPU
i3-3220
Graphics
RX-570
My Desktop model is:

CPU: i3-3220, 3.30GHz
MB: Gigabyte GA-H61M-S2PV
GPU: MSI Radeon RX- 570, 8GB
SSD: WD 120GB

I want to install macOS Catalina on it. Will it be fine? If the problem is just with Catalina then which version should I install?

Your system should be compatible with MacOS Catalina (and also High Sierra and Mojave).

Are you using the i3 3240 or the i3 3220? Do you have 2 different systems? Is your motherboard the Gigabyte H61M-S2PV as stated in your profile?

Assuming you are using that motherboard and the i3 3240 or the i3 3220, the CPU integrated graphics (of both CPUs) are not supported in MacOS Mojave. You should (1) add a supported graphics card like an old (second hand) GTX 760 / Radeon HD 7870 or a new RX 560 / RX 570 / RX 580, or (2) replace the CPU with one with HD4000 CPU graphics like the i3-3225 or i3-3245, if you want to try to install and run MacOS Mojave.
