Is my motherboard UEFI or BIOS?

If the website says that it is UEFI then it is UEFI. What you have to research is whether it is Legacy, UEFI and/or Hybrid UEFI. Usually turning off CSM will force the mobo into UEFI; but some OSes work better in Hybrid mode.

"UEFI BIOS" is a misnomer - UEFI isn't really a BIOS, but since it has replaced BIOS on most motherboards they still tend to call it that.
