I'd like to know if my machine is compatible, as I'm still not succesfully getting my stuff to boot. Can anyone enlighten me? I'm trying to install High Sierra.

So you are using an Asus P8Z68 Deluxe motherboard, a Core i7 2600K CPU and GTX1070 graphics card. Please add these to your Personal Details as stipulated by the rules of this forum.

Yes, I believe your machine is compatible, but only with Sierra 10.12.6 and High Sierra due to your graphics card. I would suggest that you disable your CPU integrated graphics in the motherboard BIOS since you are using the GTX1070.
