My CPU frequency does not drop much even after idling for hours it's consturaly spiking.

Hi, i think you should disable PluginType in your config.plist because it is not suitable for your cpu and use ssdtPRGen.sh instead.
Check this guide to generate SSDT.aml for your cpu using ssdtPRGen.sh.
