Is my hardware compatible with macOS Sierra ?

I am using the following :
MOBO : GIGABYTE pci express 2.0 dualbios
GPU : Radeon HD5450
CPU : i5 2310 [email protected] 3.20 GHz
RAM : 4.00 GB

is my pc combatiple with OSX out of the box or do i need to "patch" or something ? i am a newb here
Also... is multibeast and clover to be used simultaneously ? i am going to install MAc OS Sierra will it work with my pc ?

you need to be a little bit more specific on the type of motherboard there might be things that won work for out of the box or not work at all.
