Is it safe to update my hackintosh?

Ive just installed dual boot high sierra 10.13.6 and everything is working fine.
After I connected to the internet I got a massage that there are updates available.
is it safe to update? can it make any issues? and is it recommended to turn the auto updete off?

What updates are listed? Are these for macOS or for apps? You can update most apps just fine, but I wouldn't automatically update apps for production software if you are in the middle of an important project.

Yes switch off automatic updates as you may need to make additional changes when these come around. Always look for information on the following updates thread. Stork post important info on the second post of each update. Be familiar with this layout and information as it is there to be read;
