is it possible to purchase, buy or download osx 10.9.0 Mavericks

Is it still possible to purchase, buy or download osx 10.9.0.

I've already installed 10.9.3 but I'm having problems with waking up after sleep. As a last resort I want to try earlier version of mavericks, if possible.

app store is the only way to acquire 10.9 (legally),most users on this and other sites frown on other ,
means of downloading osx(illegal copys and or distros)...
do a search on the apple site the may have a link for older revisions of osx.

OK, I'll check the app store. I just have to do it from the new machine before I reformat it again. This old G5 cant access the app store but at least I can access tonymac for the the guides while working on the new machine : )
