Motherboard
Gigabyte AB350M-DS3H V2-CF (AM4)

CPU
AMD Ryzen 5 2600

RAM
1x Corsair Vengeance LPX, 16GB, 2666Hz

GPU
Gigabyte Radeon™ RX 570 GAMING 8G

PS:
1 - I don't need to have the audio working, because i use a Focusrite interface.

2 - I've never done a hackintosh with AMD

3 - I would like to do with Mojave, but i can do with a newer OS X too

Most people follow the Dortania guide for AMD systems. Should work well as your RX 570 is fully supported.

Yes, that system is compatible.

Your system should be able to work with MacOS Catalina and Big Sur using OpenCore as bootloader.

Not sure about Mojave, but the Dortania guide mentions support for High Sierra and Mojave also with Ryzen, so it may be doable.

I'm having a problem um bios settings. When i disable CMS appears no boot options for my USB with the Mac installer. Is my USB config wrong?

CSM disable is a recommendation, I can boot with or without it. Some boards require it disabled and some enabled. I have one or two AMD boards that prefer it enabled.
