Is intel server motherboard compatible with a hackintosh?

Hi I would like to know if it would be possible to build a hackintosh on my intel server board S1200KP equip with an intel xeon e3-1245 (3.3 ghz), 16 gb of ram and integrated gpu.

I'm generally a fan of ECC memory, but I searched here and found no discussions on it. The Gigabyte GA-Z87X-UD5H ATX LGA1150 doesn't support ECC, which was my preferred mobo. Anyone using an ECC mobo? Which one? Which memory did you go with? Thanks.
