Is Gigabyte Vega 56 a bad idea?

A big shock from a huge price bump on Sapphire Vega 56. It used to be around $300 just 3-4 weeks ago but not it's over 470 dollars now. Therefore, I am thinking of some alternative Vega 56 cards with lower price but still with decent compatibility with Hackintosh. Any suggestions? I am going to use this card with i9 9900k

That card has out of box support in macOS Mojave and Catalina. If you want to save some money and still get work done with your hackintosh, I suggest that you buy a RX 580 instead. Also has out of box support but a lot cheaper.
