iPhone/iPad won't connect Bluetooth w/ BCM94360CD Card

Hallo,
I'm building my first customac and I got the same problem.
I'm using a BCM94360CD in a Z170 build running 10.11.3. Everything works (wifi, AirDrop etc) but no handoff and my iPhone can't connect.

When I delete all network settings in Library/Preferences and reboot the system it works. I immediately see the iPhone apps like Safari and it works to open them. When I activate wifi the connection is lost and my phone can not connect anymore.

iPhone is not intended to pair/connect. It uses BT4LE. You would find the same on a real Mac.

I almost forgot this thread...
I did something and now it's working, but please don't ask what I've done.
I know I got some problems with one device at 2.4ghz and another at 5ghz, but at the end it simply ran some day.

Edit: I have logged off at all iCloud/Apple ID functions and then logged in one device waited and then logged in the other.
