IOAPIC 24-119 Entries enable or disable for skylake Systems ?

I have Gigabyte GA Z170X Gaming 3 BIOS ver F6 there is an option called IOAPIC 24-119 Entries should i disable or enable it for proper working and what is the use of it ?

There is a table which tells which interrupt generates what ACPI message.
The size of this table is selected by this setting.
Basically you select between 24 and 119 ACPI interrupts.
There were some OS X routines that expected 24 interrupts - so you had to disable that option.
Don't know whether it still poses a problem. If in doubt disable.

so i must disable it for the stability of my System isn't it ?
