I recently bought a TP-Link TL-WDN4800. Building in was smooth and on booting up it worked OOB. However, when I'm transferring big chunks of data (streaming DLNA or just downloading) the internet connection just drops from the card. The WiFi connection is still connected to the access point, all computers in the house still have internet.

In order to get internet back, I have to turn off WiFi and turn it on again.

Anyone has the same behaviour? I've reinstalled to battle this issue, but it's not the solution :(

Thanks in advance!

I have the same issues. Also my wired ethernet on my mother board is acting strange when I put high strain on it. Would be happy to se a solution since this bothers me a lot.

It is not just internet but local area network is also affected. For some reason it feels like it is connected to the amount of data since it happens sooner the more data I put through.
