Internal Hard drive showing external

So I figured out a way to fix this. Just open your bios settings and turn off 'hot plugging' in SATA configuration. That's it.
 
Mine got fixed by upgrading to El Capitan/Clover.
 
I have same problem i have two usb external drive but showing internal.
Sierra 10.12.6
Z270F ASUS mainboard.
USBInjectall.kext
XHCI-200-series-injector.kext
and config.plist kexttopatch injector.
All ports working.

How can i fix?
