in multibeast under drivers & kext's -> disks: 3rdParty SATA
install that to make all internal drives appear internal and no hot swap.

Check your About this Mac and see if your SATA drives are recognized as Removable=Yes
I had this problem on Gigabyte board, even though I'm using AHCIStorageBlocker. (On my Intel mobo, it didn't have this problem.)

FIX: Install OrangeIconFix.kext. Just google it and download, copy to your E/E, then reboot. Now, if you look into About this Mac, you'll see that our internal SATA drives are now recognized as Removable Media=No, and Detachable Media=No.

I do GP-SE thing and problem is solved.
I do not get how I missed it...
Thank you both for your help

So I figured out a way to fix this. Just open your bios settings and turn off 'hot plugging' in SATA configuration. That's it.
