So I have a Broadcom wifi/bluetooth adapter that has worked with high Sierra in the past. I just recently upgraded my system and placed it on a new motherboard and can't get handoff to work. My new motherboard is a Gigabyte Aorus z370 gaming wifi. I noticed that I was not able to turn on or off my bluetooth anymore. After going thru the threads and some google I came across a forum that said that when the OS boots it boots the internal bluetooth instead of the Broadcom PCI one. As it turns out, after running IORegustryExplorer, that was in fact the case. Now my question is, can I stop the injection to that port on boot? The port is HS13. How/what can I do to stop this card from activating the bluetooth so that I can activate the Broadcom one?
