Indeed, turning off the speaker in BIOS and using index 18 will turn it on again.

Hello Guys!
I've used config.plist in post #10 to solve my problem with my pc configuration, all usb ports work (for ex. to read a pendrive), but only one recognize mouse or keyboard (I've tried every port).
Someone knows how can i fix this??

Using Index 18 and physically unplugging the internal speaker is the best solution atm to have good sound quality and volume control on the back port.
 
But you can not send photos of BIOS settings
 
Hi everyone

Regarding the audio.

Best layout ID is 27

layout 27
- Internal speaker working
- headphone speaker working from the front port
- mic working from the back port.

The only problem is a lot of noise with mic
 
I think in the end
the best solution for the audio is to use layout 27 for front port and internal speaker

Another option for the audio is the hdmi or DP. Port

And last option for the mic and back port we can buy cheap USB audio kit that supports mac os

Anyway if someone was able to find better solution for the mic and audio please share it with us

If anyone lose hdmi / dp audio after 10.14.5 update.

Just update the kext to latest version to fix it.
