Hi, I just solved the issue.

In 10.15.4 you have to add igfxonln=1 boot parameter, so your working 10.15.3 EFI folder will work if you add this to Clover or OpenCore.

In 10.15.5 the things get more difficult, but solvable. You have to use this ig platform ID 3E9B0000 instead of 3E9B0007 and make sure you have a proper Framebuffer connectors patch.

Now I'm writing from 10.15.5, don't give up, you can solve it.

i reloaded 10.15 i am going to load 10.15.5 on a different ssd i'm not giving up, my wife uses silhouette studios to cut out vinyl so i had to reload anyways so she could cut today, i don't give up easily if i can help people out loading mac on the dell optiplex 5060 mff and have it fully functional then i will, i know how much time it took me to get this far with @MatiWaldi help.

Tested with 3E9B0000 is working on 10.5.5 with Gigabyte B360M-HD3 board. Thanks!
