Intel (R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 8260 problem

Hi I have now downloaded the Kext and installed it, Ethernet and bluetooth is the only option I get to connect to internet. the wifi option is greyed out. Do you have any ideas why ?

Already answered in post #2, #4, #6, #8.
And again... Intel WiFi is not supported.

RealtekRTL8111 is Ethernet.
Therefore your question is off-topic and not surprising at all that you can't find information regarding Ethernet in a WiFi thread.

Use Mieze's RealtekRTL8111.kext for your Ethernet device.

Can you give me a Wifi card model and purchase link for my think-pad t40s . i am new i don't know where i will buy and is that compatible with my laptop model. Thank you
