Hello all.
In the past week I upgraded my computer with supplemental update 10.15.7.
After update was finished I spot a problem with ethernet card missing in the system.

Reverting to the earlier backupped MacOS system does not helped, card won't work.
Freshly installed MacOS 10.5.5 - card won't work, new OpenCore setup - card won't work.
Card won't work at all under macOS.

As for Windows system, card sometimes won't start after wakeing from sleep or after reboot
or after turning computer on from cold state, but it always backed to life after one or few cycles
of turning her off and then on in Windows device manager.

event description from windows device manager with intel pro x64 drivers

FYI it is hardware problem.
Card on another, identical motherboard, works fine without any problem.

But now im stucked with two motherboards, one fine and one failed.
The failed one is going to the service on warranty.

I don't know if that motherboard model is crap or maybe it is my luck
but first one i bogth was broken from the start and was exchanged on warranty,
in second network card failed after 3 months. I'm little annoyed with this.

It is first time I'm experiencing such thing from Gigabyte
(I used this brand's hardware from long time).
