Intel HD630 not working

I have wiped and completely reinstalled MacOS, so here it is after performing everything over.Where do I find the SIP settings? Here is the info:

Your ioreg shows CI working (framebuffer kext is loading), but not QE (the accelerator kext is not starting).
It is because you're trying to spoof Skylake (FakeID/IntelGFX, ig-platform-id settings) but FakePCIID kexts are not installed.
You need FakePCIID.kext + FakePCIID_Intel_HD_Graphics.kext.
Also, HECI must be renamed to IMEI.

Although spoofing Skylake is a fine idea, you should probably be spoofing KabyLake instead.
