The ioreg is corrupt.
Make sure you follow the ioreg instructions carefully.
(must use IORegistryExplorer v2.1.)
 
@RehabMan my wrong. Now this created with ioregexplorer 2.1. Thanks

Your ioreg shows QE/CI working.
You're using default ig-platform-id (no ig-platform-id injected, so 0x59120000).
 
But it doesn't work with both ig-platform-ids. It's still flickering. What should I do?

You will need to provide more details on your hardware and the nature of this "flickering".
You're not injecting any ig-platform-id.
