Hi All,

I'm having problems to get HD4000 fully working in my laptop (Samsung ATIV BOOK 7 Ivy Bridge 7-series). I've already tried many configurations but none of them actually worked.
I managed to get this devices to work:
* System is booting based on UniBeast config.plist with additional kexts installed
* TouchScreen
* TouchPad (no scrolling)
* Keyboard but no backlight (I managed to enable this somehow, but right now is not working)
* BT
* Soldered 2GB RAM (8GB + 2GB soldered)

Not working:
* Audio
* WIFI (ordered Mac compatible m2 wifi card)
* Battery indicator

After using hd4000_1600x900.plist system is not booting at all.

Right now I'm on basic config.plist from UniBeast USB stick.

Any help is welcome.

FakeSMC and VirtualSMC should not be mixed together

also maybe worth a try to use a config.plist from the laptop guide:

Removed FakeSMC and related kexts

I read this guide to be sure, but the issue still exists.

So after using config_HD4000_1600x900.plist I'm getting:

gIOScreenLockState 3, hs 0, bs 0, now 0, am 0x0

and system immediately restarts itself.

config: config_laptop.plist

you seem to have installed FakeSMC.kext twice:
Code:
Kext with invalid signatured (-67062) allowed: <OSKext 0x7f9cb98eb270 [0x7fff82f4c8f0]> { URL = "FakeSMC.kext/ -- file:///Library/Extensions/", ID = "org.netkas.driver.FakeSMC" }
Kext with invalid signatured (-67062) allowed: <OSKext 0x7f9cb9673fd0 [0x7fff82f4c8f0]> { URL = "FakeSMC.kext/ -- file:///System/Library/Extensions/", ID = "org.netkas.driver.FakeSMC" }

remove the one form /S/L/E as 3rd party kexts do not belong in there

NullCPUPowerManagement.kext should be removed

also VirtualSmc.efi should be removed

rename config_laptop.plist to config.plist (backup your other one if needs be)

the error you are getting is a graphics issue, you may need to boot with invalid platformID and then check over hackintool and framebuffer patching guides:
