Hello All,

I have successfully installed El Capitan on my old Dell Optiplex Desktop 3020.

Here are the specs:

CPU: Intel Pentium 3220 (Haswell)
GPU: Intel HD Graphics Haswell GT1
RAM: 8GB
MOTHERBOARD: 040DDP

Everything works except for Sleep and Integrated Graphics. The graphics made some improvements as before after the installation, it will only detect 3MB graphics in the system info. After following RehabMan’s old post, it’s fully detected now with 1536MB and shows the entire model Haswell GT1.

However, the screen is still flickering and slow. Sleep also does not work. I want QE and CE to work.

Can anyone direct me to anything or anyone that might be able to help me?

I’m a rookie with all of these hackintoshing, go easy with the words with me. ;)

Thanks!

You need a dedicated GPU as your integrated Intel HD Graphics is not supported.
