config.plist/Graphics/Inject/Intel/YES
config.plist/Graphics/ig-platform-id/0x0166000a
Off topic, post to Graphics Forum.
I already have that in my config.plist file and it doesn't work. I meant this, some people say they got it to work by injecting device properties, but in Clover Configurator under device properties I have both "key" and "value" fields, don't know how to put it there:

Code:
<key>device-properties</key>
<string>7f0000000100000001000000730000000200000002010c00d041030a000000000101060000027fff04002c0000004100410050004c002c00690067002d0070006c006100740066006f0072006d002d006900640000000800000003006601140000006800640061002d0067006600780000000d0000006f6e626f6172642d31</string>

There is nothing special required for HD4000 acceleration. It is broken on your system, start over.

Thanks for your patience. Though I have already reinstalled the OS three times, and every time I get the same error. I guess the only solution I have is sticking with 10.9.0 and not update.

Ok, now I've made progress. I've deleted all graphics kexts (Nvidia, AMD and Intel) and nothing changes. Except a new line appears after "missing bluetooth controller", it's a rather mysterious one and I've never seen anything like it before

Hey,
sadly the KextToPatch for Sierra HD5500 doesnt work on HighSierra.
On Sierra i used the following options in Clover
  • Inject Intel InjectEDID
  • ig-platform-id 0x162600063
  • AppleIntelBDWGraphicsFramebuffer
  • Find:8945C839C7764F
  • Replace: 8945C839C7EB4F2
However using the same values leads to a Crash / reboot on Startup which forces me to uncheck InjectIntel in order to boot up into HighSierra.

Is there a new way to make HD5500 work in HighSierra?

Edit:
Got it working.
Used the following settings for Clover:
ig-plattform-id 0x16260006
Find: 0000200200005001
Replace: 0000300100009000

Now my HD5500 gives me full 1,5gb VRAM and acceleration is working perfectly again.

I was wondering if someone would be kind enough to check if my iGPU (4600) is correctly working. it seems super slow and games are really slow. and Intel Power Gadget the GT bar never moves, it's always at .007 GHz

1. I am on MacOS 10.13.1/ ASUS Z97i-Plus ITX / BIOS 2704 / Intel i3-4350T / HD Graphics 4600
2. I followed this guide to add in the framebuffer and that's it

Included is the files in zip

it's always at .007 GHz
It is really .7 GHz; IOReg shows max pstate of 13, .65 GHz
The framebuffer is correct, actually, the only choice.
Problem is the system definition, imac14,3; Nvidia drives the display, not Intel
Try imac14,4; Intel only or imac14,2

Should I worry about the GPU's P-States? I know the CPU P-State is working as it fluctuate from the Power Gadget

I will also change it to imac 14,2 again, not sure if that will effect my iMessage.

I have another question regarding the iGPU clock speed. Will MacOS's kernel recognize OC? The base clock on the i3-4350T HD 4600 is 1150mhz (23x) , and in the bios I have it overclocked to 1350mhz (27x)
