Intel HD Graphics 4000 Issue

I am using Dell Inspiron 15R 5521 15.6-inch Laptop (Core i5-3317U/4GB/500GB Serial ATA/Windows 8/2GB Graphics) laptop,
and I had successfully installed mac os Mojave, but I cannot enable the intel graphics acceleration for it, It shows 4mb of VRAM and I had tried every possible solution available on forms.

please, guys, help me to fix it...

First you need to disable the AMD graphics, as they will not work in macOS. This is why your HD4000 IGPU is showing as the main graphics processor on the About this Mac screen.

To disable the AMD dGPU you should add the -wegnoegpu boot argument to your config.plist. This is assuming you are using a recent version of WhateverGreen.kext and Lilu.kext.

Then you need to look at adding a compatible mobile framebuffer for the HD 4000.

Assuming you are using Clover as your bootloader and are able to open your config.plist in Clover Configurator, you should add the following Device > Properties to your config.plist:

I would also recommend you read through the General Recommendations section of the WhateverGreen manual - FAQ.IntelHD.en.md, to ensure you don't have any unnecessary, contradictory patches, kexts or settings in your config.plist.
