Intel HD 630 dual monitor not working

Hi

I have an HP Elitedesk 800 g3, i5 7500 processor with an intel hd 630

now i have two monitors. and the output on the hp elitedesk 800 g3 takes 2xdisplayports and 1xvga

Everytime i connect my second monitor it it hangs after running the verbose on boot and restarts.

I have tried different SMBOIS but nothing seems to work.

Current SMBIOS is on iMac14,2 but i really want my second monitor working via displayport

can someone please provide some support
