I'm having trouble with what to do next with my build. I've gotten audio, wifi, bluetooth, etc. all working. The last thing on my list is to try and get the integrated gpu to work cleanly like I've been reading it has. On login the screen gets lines and flickers and the tabs in safari have a lot of weird artifacts. I have tried using multibeast and using the Intel Hd 530 graphics configuration with no luck after reboot.

Before boot:
full 2560x1080 ultra wide resolution.
very little artifacts, maybe some screen tearing when moving windows and videos are a little flickery on youtube.

After Intel Hd 530 used in multibeast:
forces to 1920x1080.
None of the colors are correct all sorts of weird graphic stuff happens.

Edit Clover config.plist changing Inject Intel to false, leaving the rest untouched (I mean with ig-platform-id=0x19120000).
Be sure that from Bios you have 64mb set for the internal gpu

I had a similar issue with 4k resolution. For me the problem (I think) was that the GPU's memory was so low that the 4k framebuffer didn't fit into it. As nunziantimo says, try increasing the amount of memory for the iGPU in the BIOS - that fixed it for me.

I had the same exact problem, with artifacts. The "inject intel true" works for installation, after it gives me artifact. Even with the right memory in bios.
So changing "injecty intel false" worked like a charme :D

Do you have the "AppleIntelSKLGraphicsFramebuffer" patch applied in Clover?

I also have issue with HD 530. My monitor supports 2560x1440 and Mac OS El Capitan begins loading with this resolution. But during loading (right before progress bar at the end) the resolution is downscaling and becomes
2048 x 1152.

I've set Inject->Intel->NO, but it didn't effect

I've in my config.plist:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<!DOCTYPE plist PUBLIC "-//Apple//DTD PLIST 1.0//EN" "http://www.apple.com/DTDs/PropertyList-1.0.dtd">
<plist version="1.0">

<key>Name</key>
<string>AppleIntelSKLGraphicsFramebuffer</string>
<key>Replace</key>
<data>AQMEAw==</data>
</dict>
</plist>
