i success build a new pc :

i3 4170 haswell
MSI h81m-e33
16gb corsair 1600mhz
ssd 240 corsair
MSI RX570 armor

lilu + WhateverGreen already on efi

the problem is i can't render video, it’s always freeze but mouse still can moving around
how to fix this

You probably need AVX instruction set which is available on CPU IGPU. Search headless IGPU for Haswell.

i already searching everywhere nothing found yet, all guide was created with Coffee Lake, Kaby Lake & Sky Lake on every web, can you give me some link for i3 4170 haswell + amd radeon sync

everything work find except when i render video, always got random freeze

Try going into bios and setting IGPU or igfx to enable and set minimum 64mb memory. Then set PCIE or PEG for primary display output.
Don’t set Inject intel or ig settings and test.

What I'm trying to figure out is where should I put the FakePCIID.kext and FakePCIID_Intel_HD_Graphics.kext files. Should they go into the EFI/Clover/Kext, L/E, or S/L/E folder? Also, what should the FakeID and ig-platform-id used for this be? Here is my EFI folder so you can take a look. Thanks.

Yes and added two Kexts.
