INTEL DC53427HYE NUC Turbo not working

I have a Intel NUC with the Core i5-3427U cpu. I can't seem to get the Turbo to work. I get a Geekbench 3 score of 3300 (32bit) and in Windows 8.1 I get something around 5500. I have run the ssdtPRGen and put the ssdt.aml in the extra folder. I am running a Mac Mini 5.1 plist at the moment.

Did you put DropSSDT to Yes in the org.chameleon.Boot.plist? Did you try Mac Mini 6,2 smbios?
