Intel Core2 Quad q9550 Intel vt-d problem

Hi!

I have El Capitan (10.11.6). I've a problem with the cpu in running Windows 10 or Linux or anything in Parallels Desktop.
It was changed from a Core2 duo e8400, and there was nothing problem.
But with this cpu Parallels Desktop error message said: prl err hvt not present and the virtual OS cannot run.
What can I do?
