You should be OK, although the cost of a 120Gb SSD is not that much different than the 60 and would be much better for future expansion, especially if you have large effects libraries.
For what you have listed 450W is good - if you plan to add a GFX card later you might want to go with a 550W-650W depending on card.
Might also want to get at least 8Gb ram for video editing to reduce processing time.

thanks dude, so, for now I think
I will replace ssd with hdd, ram 1X4Gb (I will upgraded to 8Gb next time cause i have 2 slot of ram) GFX & PSU 550W later,

Can i replace 450 W to 350 W or lower for now? (upgraded later)
if i replace ssd to hdd, is that bottleneck effect to processor and Mb.?

thanks.

Better to keep SSD. If not going to use gfx card, 350W would probably do - best to run your hardware through one of the PSU sizing apps like http://images10.newegg.com/BizIntell/tool/psucalc/index.html
