I'm putting a parts list together for a new build and have an SSD Question. I want to use the Asus maximus VIII Formula and wanted to know if anyone has tried using the
Intel 750 Series 2.5" 800GB PCI-Express 3.0 x4 MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) SSDPE2MW800G4X1.

Desired parts list:
Case = Thermaltake Core P5
Mobo = Asus Maximus Formula VIII
CPU = Intel Core i7 6700K
Memory = 64GB Ballistix Sport LT (gray)
GPU = EVGA GeForce GTX 980 Hydro Copper
SSD = Intel 750 Series 2.5" 800GB PCIE 3.0x4 MLC
PSU = Corsair HXi Series HX 1000i
Cooling = Custom loop (inc. CPU, Mofset, GPU)

There's an NVMe driver for third-party SSD's available; it isn't without its problems, but lots of folks have been able to use it to get the Intel 750 (and others) NVMe SSD working. See this thread: http://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/os-x-driver-for-nvme-m-2-solid-state-drives-released.181387/
