Intel 630 - only one display

Anyone know how to get the DVI output to work as well as the HDMI? I have only one of my two screens active.

There's a nugget of wisdom out there which I do not know about...

Plug in the cable of the second monitor after the system is loaded. This is known issue that has not been resolved yet.
