Hey. I have build a Hackintosh som months ago, but I would really like to install Windows on another harddisk, and be able to boot from that one. But I've stumbled upon some problems.
I've been using my laptop to make a bootable usb with the Windows iso, following this guide:
But when I'm trying to boot from the usb, and the partition on the usb (through my motherboards boot menu), I either just gets the message that i need to insert a bootable device, or I just gets send back to the motherboard boot menu.
It's probably something with the motherboard configuration..?
I'm new in this, so does anyone of you, have an idea for a solution?
This is my build:
Gigabyte GA-Z270X-Ultra Gaming
Intel Core i7 6700K - 4 GHz - 4 cores
Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1050 Ti G1 Gaming
Ballistix Sport LT 4 x 8 GB (32GB)
