Installing Mojave on Dell Inspiron 3847 hangs at IOConsoleUsers

Hi!
I have been trying to install Mojave on my Dell Inspiron 3847 which has both Intel Graphics and an NIVDIA GTX 750-ti. It has continued to hang at IOConsoleUsers: gIOScreenLockState 3 as seen in the screenshot. I have tried countless configs and Clover config changes and kexts and reinstallation's and all sorts. I am hoping y'all friendly folk will be able to help out! Thanks!
PS. I know my configs are a mess I have been trying so many different things they were ruined from the start, and the first one is the one I tried to build from scratch and config2 was from my Thinkpad laptop I was just going to try,

Update: I have tried switching out Whatever Green + Lilu, no luck. I tried changing between FakeSMC and VirtualSMC, and tried some more config changes with still no luck.

Update2: Safe mode did boot earlier, and Single User mode is working as well.
