installing MAC OSX 10.8 on dell optiplex 780

Did my first install on an optiplex 780 using this thread , following pentiumhack post , 5th from the top .

Did it with lion and it work great , tried mountain lion and all was working but had flickering of pictures and video playing . Didn't find a
way to fix it so went back to lion for now . I'm also using an radeon hd5450 card , so did not need to do the mod he did for the Nvidia card
he did .

When done , look up Icloud fix for icloud and app store to work (login issue)

When i boot on my USB Stick, i have an X64 Exception Type - 000000000000000D !!!
I remake my stick, i test on another PC no issu.
Please help
