I have a fusion drive which I create between a 275gb SSD and 1TB HD and had an installation of Mac OS X Sierra running on it. I decided to try and go for a clean install of High Sierra. I've been running into trouble after the initial install onto the fusion drive from by bootable USB a reboot will bring me into clover with no new Mac OS volume to be found. I only have the external install volume.
When I break apart the fusion drive and try to only install it on my SSD I am able to reboot after the initial install and find an HFS Mac OS Volume that has been created.
Whats going on with the fusion drive thats not allowing an install??
