Two ways:
- set in Clover options -> Graphics -> ig-platform-id (0x12345678)
OR
- set in config.plist/Graphics/ig-platform-id=0x12345678
My config file is already configured that way.

It means your problem is not related to the IGPU graphics kexts.

Note that EmuVariableUefi-64.efi is missing from drivers64UEFI.

I believed that it was related to that at first but now there is a different reason unknown to me.

You're booting the installer? Or something else?
Did you note my comment regarding EmuVariableUefi-64.efi?

I'm trying to boot into High Sierra after installation, which went well without errors. I also added EmuVariableUefi-64.efi and am now left stuck here.

Can you boot in single user mode?

Note: VoodooTSCSync.kext not recommended and should not be needed with your hardware.

From where did you download macOS?
On what hardware did you create your USB installer?

I can boot in single user mode and I downloaded macOS from Apple and created my installer on a MacBook Pro. I'll remove VoodooTSCSync.kext now.

Did you do the install with VESA drivers, or did you get it to work with the KBL graphics drivers?

Note also...Keep in mind booting without proper graphics drivers is not quick.

What do you want me to use in the single user mode?

I just wanted to know if you could boot into single user mode.
You might have missed post #28.
