Installing Catalina Z270I Strix + i7-7700K + Powercolor RX 5700 XT

Hey everyone – I've had at this via several different methods (Unibeast, Manually setup USB installer, Various boot arguments, EC spoofs, etc) and have only gotten panics at various points prior to reaching Catalina install screens. Attached is the latest panic, my Insaller USB EFI, and my current working High Sierra Desktop EFI. Any help/insight will be greatly appreciated!
