Most likely discrete GPU is problem - remove GPU

Inject Intel = true in config.plist to get CPU graphics working.
change fixUSB selections in config.plist = true

In UEFI BIOS make the iGPU first init display and set iGPU Memory to 64M

To remove GPU:
Remove side panel of case.
Disconnect power cable connected to end of GPU
Remove screws holding GPU in the expansion slot of the case
Hold lock release on motherboard - gently lift GPU from slot, lift out and set aside, preferably in an antistatic bag.

I often forget to disable this in my bios (Often only on a MSI Mainboard):
Code:
CFG Lock
VT-D
You can find it in CPU Features (I hope)
And i never had problems with my old gtx 970 to boot into the installation media. I also did not need to remove the gpu. Maybe try to boot with:
Code:
-v -f dart=0 nv_disable=1

the solution usb kb and m !!!!
