Installation stuck and usb not working since the beginning & older installation won't work with new configuration

Hi guys,

I just changed my configuration, from a Haswell to a Coffee Lake one. Since I didn't have enough time to reconfigure my config.plist kext etc before selling my old gear, my old mojave won't launch with the new hardware.
Then I decided to go for a fresh install of Catalina, but I have the same issue : I noticed that the mouse stops working after clover bootloader (when the loading bar appears).The progress bar keeps going but nothing happens, even when the bar is full (once I've waited for 20 minutes). When I boot in verbose mode, I see that it got stuck the same way every time (see the attached photo). I tried many things, but didn't mannaged to make it work yet.
I've done my catalina boot key on a macbook pro, but I've got any possibilitie to use a real mac now. I'm using some application in windows to access my EFI folder on my hard drive.

My configuration :
MSI z370 SLI PLUS
i5 8600k
16GB ram

Yes, did that and resolved this problem. Now I'm stuck with the 1393 "error" (attached picture)
Did some research on the forum and saw that. But since I cannot use a mac to use clover, is there a way to do that with a text editor with one of the config files?
