Install stops after PTIDSensors: started

Hello folks,
Trying to install Mojave 14.4.08 on my new build. It stops after PTIDSensors: started (see attached screenshot).
I attach the EFI partition folder tree I used.
I followed a guide to setup the BIOS and the plist file, as the mobo was the same, but apparently that's not enough.
FYI, I've been trying different things following other guides but I got stuck more or less at the same stage.
I'd appreciate some help on that one

Hi! I've been using different methods, and by following the Unibeast guide the process got stuck on loading the installer (see attached screenshot). It seems all the methods I follow leads me at this same dead-end. What is wrong with my config?
BTW, since the other day I installed a RX570 and installed Windows successfuly on another SSD.
Does anyone has any idea of why MacOS Mojave installer doesn't load completely? If more infos are needed I'd be happy to provide it. Many thanks!
