can you explain better this, not sure I understood.

This is what I did:

1. formatted the usb drive
2. use UniBeast to create the bootable usb drive with Sierra, selecting UEFI
3. copy your EFI folder over to the usb drive folder
4. inserted usb drive on workstation
5. made sure bios booted from usb drive
6. got to clover menu, selected the installation
7. got to use the utility to format the SSD
8. got through the installation
9 reboot it
10 got again to clover but no booting from SSD appear, just the options I describe before

Is this ok or I am missing something, since is not working I am sure I am missing something!
Yes,
8.5. Install the Clover boot loader to the EFI partition of the SSD.

PS. couple of debug ideas:
Currently only one CPU installed since I wanted to make the system up and running
No need.

Also when I format the SSD within the Sierra installation, which format I need to choose? journal and which scheme, master boot record?
GUID - Mac OS Extended (Journaled).
Do not use MBR.

For a novice you have chosen quite a challenging build.

I am a novice at this crazy hackintosh thing for sure :)

In any case I got it working!
So I needed to remove a patch that was in your config.plist XTH_ something.
Got it to install everything with a minor issue, when I copied the EFI into the recovery partition there was no boot file in the usb stick, so I just copied the EFI directory. So my guess I would not be able to boot into recovery. Will close the SSD for backup!
Nvidia web driver needed to be installed and I needed to get the right version for OS version.
There was the need to remove the nvidia flags from boot option like in the video.

Also, Audio is not working at the moment.
M.2 NMVe was not showing in BIOS and is not showing into OS, so need to look at that. Wanted to install the OS on M.2 since is so fast. Will look into this issues.
Will add the second CPU/16 Gb Memory tomorrow. Now will do a data backup.

Conclusion: will update the thread with new additions info to solve these issues, but we can say that is possible to install macOS Sierra on a ASUS Z10PE-D8 WS + Intel E5 2650 V3 QEYN ES

Thx for the support!

Audio is not working at the moment.
You might try Lilu.kext with AppleALC or open a new thread in Audio if the 'sticky' guides there do not solve your issue.

managed audio to work!
now I am on:
  1. got random reboots
  2. Video card is detected with 256 Mb instead of 4 Gb
  3. cpu showing generic instead of Xeon
  4. M.2 NMVe not showing bios and OS
thx

Pretty near impossible for me to diagnose your random reboots.
Not a problem with my build.

2. cpu showing generic instead of Xeon
Cosmetic - Ignore it.
Again, Not a problem with my build - Maybe because your processors are Engineering Samples.

3. M.2 NMVe not showing bios and OS
If it doesn't show in the BIOS then it is most unlikely that it will be 'seen' by the operating system.
Check that it is supported - May need BIOS upgrade.

Consider updating the OS to High Sierra.

I am doing some testing and it looks like I found the issue with reboots.
In the booting option there was Inject envidia drivers, I removed and now doing tests.
Also it looks like it fixed the video card 4 Gb issue, now showing!

Is there a list of ids for cpus ?
thx

I was referring to the id is used in the plist
