I have the following configuration:

Intel Core i5-4430 3.2Ghz (Haswell)
Onboard Graphics Intel HD4600
Motherboard Gigabyte GA-Z87M-D3H
Corsair 16GB DDR3 1600Mhz 2x8GB
Kingston SSD 120GB
Logitech C270 Web Camera
Windows 8.1 Pro (original)

And I was able to install Mavericks from my Windows using Snow Leopard as a bridge.

- Step 1

Download iBoot for Haswell and burn it to a blank CD or DVD (usb drives don't work!)
Buy Snow Leopard DVD (You can always download the Retail version, works either way)

- Step 2

Configure the BIOS following the steps of this GUIDE: http://www.tonymacx86.com/user-builds/112755-haswell-matx-ga-z87m-d3h-i7-4770-gtx-650-ti-boost.html

1. To access UEFI Setup, press and hold Delete on a USB Keyboard while the system is booting up
2. Set to Optimized Defaults.
3. Set X.M.P. Memory Profile to Profile1
4. Set XHCI Mode to Auto not Smart Auto
5. Set XHCI Hand-off to Enabled
6. Set EHCI Hand-off to Enabled
7. Set VT-d to Disabled
8. Set Intel Processor Graphics to Disabled
9. Set SATA Mode Selection to AHCI
10. Set PCIe Slot Configuration Gen3
11. Save and exit.

- Step 3

Reboot your PC with iBoot and then replace the iBoot with Snow Leopard DVD. I was having a few problems with my USB ports and my keyboard, when I booted the DVD without flags, my USB didn't worked so I had to use "-x -v" to boot the install DVD.

- Step 4

With Snow Leopard installed (I was able to boot without flags), don't waste your time trying to put everything to work in there, you won't need it. I updated the Snow Leopard to 10.6.8 through the Software Update with no problems.

VERY IMPORTANT!!!!
- After update to 10.6.8 and if you try to create the usb boot drive with Unibeast it will fail because you must to install a fix for Snow Leopard before. Here's the fix: http://support.apple.com/kb/dl1512

Create the USB drive following the steps of this Guide: http://www.tonymacx86.com/374-unibeast-install-os-x-mavericks-any-supported-intel-based-pc.html

OBS.: When I downloaded Mavericks from the Mac App Store, I got the version 10.9.1 automatically and everything worked as expected, but if you get the 10.9.0 version, please be careful when you update your system.

- Step 5

Boot the USB drive to install Mavericks ("-x -v" if you're having boot problems) and install Mavericks.

- Step 6

Finish the installation following the "Multibeast Settings" and "General Fixes" exactly from this post: http://www.tonymacx86.com/user-builds/112755-haswell-matx-ga-z87m-d3h-i7-4770-gtx-650-ti-boost.html

That's it! Now you have installed Mavericks for this specs.

OBS. 2: If you're from Brazil (like I am) ABNT2 keyboard works out of the box, no need to add custom keyboard formats anymore. I believe this is a feature from Mavericks, it should have support for other countries now.
